St. Hakea Wine Odyssey launch
The launch of St. Hakea Wine Odyssey included an evening of carefully paired canapés and wines selected by the St. Hakea Wine Odyssey wine educators, who offered advice and interesting facts about each wine throughout the night. The cheese table was laden with artisan cheese while our chef sliced Jamón off the bone and educated guests on the wonderful world of charcuterie. Meanwhile, the tasting table played host to a range of micro-tastings focused on displaying the importance of food and wine matching and how much one can enhance the other. An acoustic musician set the tone for entire evening, providing the perfect atmosphere for an indulgent night full of blissful wine and food ‘moments’!
